Korean Players? Isn't That Mean?

For anyone not familiar with playing Diablo II on Battle.net in the Western Realms, a website dedicated to PKing Korean players on the grounds that they are out of their area or are simply an annoyance may seem a bit extreme, or even plain mean.
Let's get a few things straight first. The Koreans who are playing outside of Asia are by no means nice, reasonable or in any way fun to play with (with a very few notable exceptions). As all Diablo II players know all too well, they are famous for trying to ransom items that you accidentally drop, filling up the screen with repeated calls for "Item plz!" while you are heavily engaged in battle, not allowing you to talk to NPCs in a high-lag game by following you around and trying to trade incessantly (only to have nothing to trade nor anything to say once the trading screen comes up accept "Item plz!" or "Gold!!!").
Korean players are also famous for starting private, 1 player games for a few minutes, leaving, and starting a new game. Why would that hurt anybody? Well, all the legitimate indigenous players on the Western Realms are having to wait up to 20 minutes in a game-creation que just to play! It also contributes to server splits.
Many times players in chat rooms or in games have asked "why are there so many Koreans? Where are all of the Japanese???" I can answer that question quite definitively right now, since I live in Japan. The Japanese like Diablo II a lot, but they don't play on Battle.net beause the Koreans simply ruin it for them (which is a real pity, since most of them are good players with a sense of decency).
Now PKing Koreans may seem a little rude, extreme, or even mean, but we're not talking about really killing any Koreans or anything. All we want to do is PK them enough times in a row that they are convinced to stop playing outside of Asia.
Within the Asia realm, we Westerners are the intruders and must abide by their rules. When they are in our realms, they must abide by our guidelines and rules of decency.
Blizzard has, of course, anticipated all of these problems and arguments about realms, jurisdiction, etc. and has wisely decided to stay out of the arguments and disputes between and amongst players. Therefore, it is fully fair and decent within the rules of the game and the game world of Diablo II for us to band together to fend off the irritating, offending players.
