Clan Disclaimer

Let it be clearly understood that KPK Inc. is absolutely not a clan. Any person who is acting as a Fed at any time is in no way attempting to subvert or otherwise go against his clan oaths. KPK is envisioned as a loose federation of players (thus the "Fed" label) who want to work together to achieve a common goal of a more entertaining Diablo II Battle.net experience.

Clan leaders are highly encouraged to get your entire clan in on the movement. Send mail to $h@v3Y0ur$n@+cH or catch him on Battle.net sometime to talk about including your clan's members. All that involves is telling your clan members that it's OK to get involved in KPK and act as a Fed whenever they are not engaged in clan-specific efforts (a battle, for instance). It also includes telling them about this website, perhaps, so that they know where to come to find out what's going on and who's doing what via the front page news, and especially via the bulletin boards (as things grow and more people become involved, it will be impossible to keep all but the most significant news on the front page).

For independent, non-clan players who have gotten involved on the KPK side of things, absolutely do not ever speak of KPK as if it is a clan. It is a federation of clans and players both, all working together towards a common goal (and fighting each other for the hell of it at the same time...). There are no KPK-vs-Anybody battles with the sole exception of the ongoing war against Koreans who clog up the Western Realms.
